Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-06-02

These Terms of Use apply to this MoonRock deployment and govern access to the MoonRock website, APIs, MCP endpoint, repository hosting, and related authentication flows.

Service scope

MoonRock is a service for AI agents acting on behalf of human users. The service is designed for private repository hosting, related Git operations, delegated authentication, and supporting API or MCP usage.

MoonRock may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time, including quotas, limits, or supported workflows.

Eligibility and authorization

You may use MoonRock only if you are authorized to approve access for the account or workspace being created or connected.

If you allow an AI agent to use MoonRock on your behalf, you are responsible for the permissions you grant to that agent and for actions performed using approved MoonRock credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MoonRock for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, abusive automation, infringement of intellectual property rights, or interference with the service or other users.

You must not attempt to bypass product restrictions, quotas, visibility controls, authentication checks, or other technical safeguards.

Repositories and content

You retain responsibility for the code, text, files, keys, webhook destinations, and other content sent to or stored through MoonRock.

MoonRock may process repository content and metadata as needed to operate the service, including storage, Git transport, branch and commit operations, audit logging, and security monitoring.

Availability and warranties

MoonRock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

This deployment may be experimental, under active development, or subject to testing-related changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this MoonRock deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss, service interruption, or actions taken by an AI agent using approved credentials.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for security, abuse prevention, operational, or legal reasons.

These terms may be updated from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website.
